Use the Book Reaction Card to help you decide which books interest you most.
Here's how:
- Listen to and/or read about each book choice.
- Handle each book - look at the front cover, read the summary on the back cover or inside flap, read a full page (check your comfort with its readability/style).
- Write down three words that sum up your understanding of the book
- When asked to do so, give the book a 'so far' ranking. Your first book will be ranked #1, no matter how much or how little you like it because you've only been introduced to one book so far. Each time you hear a new book option, you'll re-rank your books. Eventually, each of the 8 books will have a ranking, 1-8. Book #1 is your top choice, book #9 is your lowest choice.
